Can you provide services at my office?
Although we work remotely for most of our clients, we can provide services onsite if required. We will work with you to determine whether on-site or remote is most appropriate and beneficial for your situation.

Do I have to sign up for full bookkeeping services?
No. We can provide any individual or combination of services. Services are completely customized to fit your needs.

Do you take the place of my CPA?
No. We are not licensed CPAs and our services are not designed to replace them. We can, however, work closely with your CPA firm to make the entire bookkeeping - accounting - tax preparation function seamless and efficient.

What if I need a CPA?
We have a network of professional service providers, including CPAs, and many other specialty areas that we can refer you to.

What is the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?
Bookkeeping is the act of keeping the account records or 'books'. Accounting is the theory and system of setting up, maintaining and auditing the books, as well as the art of analyzing the financial position and operating results of a business from the study of its' books.
